Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda Invite PM Narendra Modi to Wedding Reception

New Delhi: Kodagu native Actress Rashmika Mandanna and her husband actor Vijay Deverakonda called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi earlier this week to personally invite him to their wedding reception. Though the meeting took place a few days ago, photographs from the interaction surfaced only after their wedding, drawing widespread attention on social media.
In the images that have since gone viral, the couple presented the Prime Minister with a shawl as a mark of respect while extending the invitation for their reception, scheduled to be held in Hyderabad on March 4, according to reports.

Photographs from their meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah also appeared online, further adding to the buzz surrounding the newlyweds.
The actors were married on February 26 in Udaipur in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family members. The wedding was held at luxury hotel in Udaipur and was conducted in accordance with Telugu and Kodava traditions. The couple later shared photographs from the ceremony on social media, receiving an overwhelming response from fans and members of the film fraternity.
Rashmika, who was born and brought up in Virajpet in Kodagu district, made her acting debut with the Kannada film Kirik Party in 2016. She has since emerged as a prominent presence in Kannada, Telugu and Hindi cinema.
