KSRTC Flybus to Bengaluru Airport via Gonikoppa, Ponnampet, Kutta from August 15

The KSRTC Flybus is a premium, non-stop Volvo multi-axle airport coach service that connects KIA with major cities across Karnataka.

Bengaluru: Air passengers from south Kodagu will soon get direct connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport (KIA), Bengaluru, with the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) set to launch a new inter-State Flybus service to Kozhikode, Kerala, via Gonikoppa, Ponnampet and Kutta from August 15.

The premium airport coach service is expected to significantly benefit travellers from Kodagu by providing a hassle-free link to Bengaluru airport without the need for multiple bus or train transfers. Besides Kodagu, the service will also cater to passengers from Mysuru and north Kerala.

The KSRTC Flybus is a premium, non-stop Volvo multi-axle airport coach service that connects KIA with major cities across Karnataka. Known for its comfortable, flight-like travel experience, the buses also provide complimentary snack kits containing water, beverages and local snacks for passengers.

According to a release by KSRTC on Thursday, 6 August, 2026, the Flybus will depart from Kempegowda International Airport at 10.45 p.m. every day and reach Kozhikode at 7.15 a.m. the following morning. The return service will leave Kozhikode at 7.30 p.m. and arrive at Bengaluru airport at 4.15 a.m.

The bus will operate via Yelahanka, Hebbal, Nayandahalli Metro Station, Mysuru, Hunsur, Gonikoppa, Ponnampet, Kutta, Mananthavadi and Kalpetta, offering direct airport access to passengers from these regions.

KSRTC has fixed the fare from Bengaluru airport to Kozhikode at ₹1,500. Passengers boarding from Kodagu will pay ₹1,200 from Gonikoppa, while fares have been fixed at ₹960 from Mysuru, ₹1,350 from Mananthavadi, and ₹1,400 from Kalpetta.

The new route will become KSRTC's latest addition to its growing Flybus network, further strengthening direct airport connectivity for travellers across Karnataka and neighbouring states.
