Marking this milestone, the weekly steps into its 31st year, celebrating three decades of consistent contribution to the Kodava community.
Founded and edited by Ajjinikanda Mahesh Nachaiah, the publication has played a significant role in nurturing Kodava identity through journalism. Over the years, Mr. Nachaiah has worked tirelessly to ensure that the Kodava language finds a vibrant space in print media. In addition to his editorial responsibilities, Mr. Nachaiah currently serves as the President of the Karnataka Kodava Sahithya Academy, further underlining his commitment to the cause of language and literature.
