Napoklu: The Bottolanda family is all set to host the much-anticipated 3rd edition of the Kodava Family Fest, featuring the exhilarating Tug of War competition.
Scheduled to take place from April 18 to 21 at the Junior College Ground in Napoklu, this year's event promises to be bigger and more exciting than ever before, according to organizers.
According to the family website, with over 200 teams, 2,000 participants, and an expected turnout of over 10,000 visitors, the Kodava Family Fest Tug of War has become a highlight on the cultural calendar of Kodagu District. The event not only showcases the rich heritage and traditions of the Kodava community but also promotes a spirit of unity and camaraderie among its members.
The inaugural edition of the Kodava Family Fest was organized by the Ponnolthanda Family in 2022, followed by the Chettangada Family hosting the second edition in 2023. Now, the Bottolanda family is proud to carry on this tradition and is working tirelessly to ensure that this year's event is a resounding success.
